  Great waters and very impressive service and great food for the price and the food and liqueur was amazingly good to and also very good food!

  Long time SC fan but won't be back here. Food was just OK but the service was lacking. Not busy but still messed up our simple order multiple times (& the other occupied table ). Might suggest writing it down? Overly informal, including walking around eating a slice of pie while chatting up the few patrons.

  The chicken was good but not much else. The service was pretty slow (15 minutes to take our orders and almost an hour more to get our food) and the waitresses just seemed really disinterested. I wish I could've given a better review but it was a pretty awful experience.

  I was there just an hour ago and was served by a Caucasian female server. from the beginning of my meal, water was not served although I was asked what I wanted roughly 15 minutes before. When the food finally came, the server knocked the food plate on my phone. Although the phone was not damaged, I was currently using it and would have appreciated an apology. Ten minutes into my meal, we realized the starter has not arrived but the rest of the meal did. I decided to give them more time but at the end of my meal the server finally came to ask how we were doing. She probably didn't even write our order down. We cancelled the order and paid for our meal speechless of her actions. Asides from the disappointing meal, the food was great and everything else was great. It would also be wonderful if the servers were well trained.

  Horrible service. Every time we come here, we wait an extremely long time to be served. This place needs more STAFF - ASAP or it will continue to lose customer. I love Swiss Chalet but their service at all locations is going way down hill. When we finally got our food, it was served cold. Been here over an hour and we still haven’t got our appetizers. We will not be returning ever !!!
